1. Semen Volume
Normal Value: ≥ 1.4 mL per ejaculate
This refers to the total amount of fluid ejaculated. Low semen volume (less than 1.4 mL) can indicate problems with the seminal vesicles or prostate gland, or may suggest retrograde ejaculation — a condition where semen flows backward into the bladder instead of out of the body. Very high volume can occasionally dilute sperm concentration.
2. Sperm Concentration (Sperm Count)

6. Sperm Vitality (Viability)

7. pH Level

8. Liquefaction Time
